Delivery Timings 

We deliver to all UK addresses with a Royal Mail postcode.  Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or overseas.  The majority of orders recieved before midday on a normal working day are despatched the same day and should arrive within 5 working days. However, please note this will be dependent on the Royal Mail and Courier service levels. The majority of orders are sent via sent via Royal Mail, apart from those over 2kg (eg the larger bronze horses) which are despatched via 48 hour courier.  

Delivery Charges

To keep it simple, we charge a flat rate of £3.95 per delivery with no surcharges for heavier items.  Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your gift.  However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a replacement or refund, provided it is returned in its original condition.   Please email us requesting a returns authorisation within 7 days and return the item within 14 days.  If you are returning an item which is unsuitable, rather than faulty or damaged, we are not able to refund the delivery charge.
